Still, most people would agree that the most popular ones are Potstickers Shu Mai Soup Dumplings Spring Rolls, Cantonese-Style Spring Rolls, Gyoza Zongzi Jiaozi Pockets, Gao Jiao Steamed Rice Balls Momo I’ll start with dumplings because they’re the most common, and they’re also the most complex. Dumplings are usually made with wheat flour.
